Return policies are the rules a retailer creates to manage how customers return and exchange unwanted merchandise they purchased. A return policy tells customers what items can be returned and for what reasons, and the timeframe over which returns are accepted.

In case there are any matter of concern and you want to make an exchange or return you can do it in just a few simple steps.
The duration for exchange is within 48 hours from the day of purchase. The garments meant for a return or an exchange must be in original and unused condition. The tags must be attached else the exchange or the return of products stands invalid.
To return the product now,
*Shipping Charges and COD charges charged at the time of placing the order is non- refundable.
*We shall charge you shipping charges in case of reverse pick up that shall be deducted from your refund.
Return request needs to be made within 48 hours of the delivery date.
All returned products must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. The original packing and tags when we receive it must be intact .No Items without tags will be accepted.
The refund is subject to your returns if the above conditions followed else returns will not be accepted.
In case you receive a damaged or a defective / wrong product, we should be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective / wrong product. In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.
1. Cancellation of the Order,:- The complete amount will be refunded to you including the shipping and COD charges if any.
2. Returning the product,:- The shipping charges and COD charges charged at the time of placing the order will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded to your account. .
Mode of Refund:
1. Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the same account from which order has been placed. Once product is received by us the amount will be processed in 4-5 working days. The refunded amount will be reflected in your account in 10 working days.
2. COD Orders: The amount will be transferred to the Bank Account mentioned while placing the Return Request and your amount will be reflected in your account within 10 working days after the details have been verified.
How long will the return process take?
Once you request a return, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address. This Reverse Pickup facility is only available for pin codes supported for Reverse Pickups by our courier partners. You will need to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pick-up. We will issue credit for your return after it reaches our office and the products are verified. This process will take 10 working days from the date of raising the return request.
What if my pin code is not supported for Reverse Pickups?
We request you to self-ship the product to us. We will not deduct the shipping cost from your refund in lieu of the shipping costs.
How do I self-ship the products?
Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Can I return some products out of a larger order?
Yes, you can return a part of an order, but any discounts, coupons, or combo offers applied on your order will not be considered when processing these returns.
I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?
Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?
Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
Is there any limit on the number of times the same product can be returned.
Yes, the same product can not be returned more than 2 times. We reserve the right to refuse a return in case of any abuse of the Returns process.
